HOW TO ORDER? 

1. Choose a bouquet, click on its photo and click “Add to Cart”.

2. Input your message and special instructions.

3. Choose your preferred date and time of delivery and then click “Check-out”.

4. Input the sender’s email the the name of the recipient as well as the delivery location. If you have a discount code, you can input it on this page as well. Afterwards, click “Continue to Shipping Method”.

5. Click Free Shipping and click “Continue to Payment Method”

6. Choose your mode of payment and sender’s details and click “Complete Order”.

Once the order is completed, you will be redirected to the order confirmation page that includes your order number. 
 
 

HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED AND READY FOR PROCESSING? 

 
After the order is completed, you will receive an email confirmation that includes your order number. For orders with payments of bank deposit/transfer, and PayPal International, the proof of payment must be sent to our email at info@petals.com.ph before the delivery and you will receive an email confirmation regarding your order.
 

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER VIA PHONE OR CHAT?

 
We need all orders placed on our website at www.petals.com.ph but we can assist you via chat or phone call. 
 

DO YOU DELIVER NATIONWIDE? 

 
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis we are still able to deliver outside of Metro Manila. We accept deliveries Nationwide. ( Main Cities) 
 

HOW MUCH IS YOUR SHIPPING FEE? 

 
We offer Free Same Day Delivery so no shipping fee is required.
 

DO YOU DELIVER ON THE SAME DAY?

 
Yes, we offer Free Same Day Delivery as long as you place your order on or before 5pm on weekdays and on or before 3pm on weekends.  
 

CAN I PICK-UP MY ORDER IN YOUR STORE/OFFICE? 

 
Unfortunately, we don’t accept office pick-ups but we can arrange the delivery of your order at your preferred location anywhere Nationwide ( Main Cities)
 

DO YOU ACCEPT ADVANCE ORDERS? 

 
Yes. You can order now for future dates (up to 1 year in advance)
 

WHERE IS YOUR STORE LOCATION? 

We are an online flower shop so we don’t have a physical store but you can view and order our products on our website.

HOW TO PAY? 

We accept payments made via bank deposit/bank transfer, credit card, GCASH, Palawan, Cebuana, LBC, PayPal,PayPal International and cash on delivery. For payments done through bank deposit/transfer, and PayPal International please email the proof of payment to info@petals.com.ph.

CAN YOU CUSTOMIZE AN ORDER? 

Yes We do customized arrangements depending on the flowers availability.

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY TIME SLOTS?  

We deliver at the following time slots:

  • 9 AM – 1 PM (8 AM cutoff)
  • 1 PM – 5 PM (12 NN cutoff)
  • 5 PM – 8 PM (before 5 PM cutoff on weekdays, 3 PM cutoff on weekends)
  • Anytime  

CAN YOU MAKE THE SENDER ANONYMOUS? 

 
Yes, we don’t disclose the details of the sender unless his or her name is included on the message for the card.
 

HOW CAN I MAKE CHANGES WITH MY ORDER?

or message us via chat. Kindly note that we can only accept changes three hours before the delivery. 
 

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?  

In order to cancel your order, you may send us an email at  info@petals.com.ph, call us at 09610584596 (Smart)
09062532808 (Globe)    or message us via chat. Kindly note that we can only cancel your order if the order is not yet dispatched from our office.
 

CAN WE MAKE THE DELIVERY INTO A SURPRISE?

Yes, we will only call the recipient if our rider can’t find him/her and we don’t disclose that the delivery is flowers to keep it as a surprise.  
 

HOW DO I ADD SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS TO MY ORDER? 

You can do so by including your special instructions on the delivery notes section during check-out while ordering through our website. 
 

CAN YOU DELIVER AT A SPECIFIC TIME? 

As we do our deliveries by batches, we can’t deliver at a specific time, however, we can deliver it at the time range stated on your order.
 

HOW DOES THE “SECRET ADMIRER” WORK?

 
Upon ordering, you can just input the recipient’s Instagram username as the First Name, input X in all required fields, put 0000 as the postal code and then proceed to check-out. Afterwards, our Customer Service team will contact the recipient without mentioning your name and we will arrange the delivery of your order.
 

CAN WE CHANGE THE MESSAGE ON THE CAKE

 
We cannot customize the message on the cake as it is delivered to us by our supplier with a standard message.
 

HOW CAN I TAKE CARE OF MY FLOWERS?

Our flowers are delivered fresh cut. You can take care of them and maintain its freshness by checking our Care Instructions. 
 

HOW LONG DO FLOWERS USUALLY LAST? 

 
Our flowers can last for 3-5 days as long as it’s placed at room temperature except for Sunflowers, which need to be placed near direct sunlight. It can last longer if you follow the Care Instructions.
